"Awesome business!"
This was my first time ordering from this company, and I was a bit anxious after reading some of the bad reviews. But honestly, there was no need to stress! The product showed up today, really fast, just a few days after I made the purchase, nicely packaged and everything is great! I’ll definitely be buying from them again!

"Awful experience with a product that was supposed to arrive in a few days..."
I ordered a product that was promised to be delivered in 2-4 days, but here I am, three weeks later, and still no sign of my items. I didn’t hear a peep from the company. After sending a bunch of emails, they finally got back to me, saying my stuff couldn’t be delivered and was sent back to them. No card, no text, no email—nothing to inform me about any of this. Overall, it was a really bad experience with this company, and I won’t be coming back.

"Disappointing Delivery Experience with DPD"
It's a real bummer that they use DPD for shipping. These folks don’t seem to care about actually delivering packages; they just drop them off at some random shop and expect you to go pick them up. If I wanted to run errands, I wouldn’t have forked out £6 for delivery! Sure, you might save a few pennies by choosing the cheapest courier, but you definitely get what you pay for. DPD is just plain unreliable, and that drags down every business that partners with them. Most of the bad reviews I’ve seen focus on the delivery issues, not the actual products, all because they rely on a cheap and crummy delivery service.

I've been hanging tight for my order to be dispatched for nearly a week now. The company hasn't reached out at all, and they’re ignoring my emails and voicemails.

It's not the Lifestyle Health store's fault, but I’m still waiting for my order after a week. Big thanks to Royal Mail for the strike and the bank holiday weekend. I’ve run out of my magnesium, and it’s a bit of a bummer!

Solid products. Ahiflower Oil along with probiotics, plus Slippery Elm and Marshmallow Root. Delivery was on point and the price was fair. I'd totally purchase from this company again.
